3PLs & Fulfillment
Nomos plans waves, pick paths, dock doors and labor against every carrier cutoff, and replans as orders and staffing shift through the day. Talon runs the client and carrier desk: it answers calls and emails, reads ASNs and POs into your WMS and keeps clients updated.

Each wave is built from the orders, cutoffs and staffing already in your WMS. A fast pass groups orders, then a constraint model re-cuts them to shorten walking within cart geometry, zones and pick rules, replanning as orders land.

Talon answers client calls and messages about orders and shipments, verifies the account and reads status live from your WMS and carriers, with the source attached. Anything it cannot verify goes to your team as a case.
Above are example use cases across 3PLs & fulfillment.

| Responding to change | Keeps clients and carriers updated as the plan changes | Redraws the plan when orders, trailers or staffing shift | Reworked on the fly, one call at a time |
| Communication and system updates | Answers requests, books appointments and keys validated documents into your systems | Handled by Talon | Looked up, answered and keyed by hand |
| Oversight and control | Shows its sources and acts only inside approved workflows | Explains each decision; high-stakes changes wait for approval | Depends on who is on shift |
